It's no fun being pulled around the neighborhood by your dog--I speak from experience. I fixed this problem with the Gentle Leader Easy Walker harness that I blogged about a few months back.
However, I came across an excellent article, Does Your Dog Pull On the Leash. It offers a simplistic, easy to understand approach to solving the dog pulling problem.
I've had the best summer of evening walks with my dog. If you skimp on walking your dog for this reason, try one of the solutions.
